Mr. Bhandari is a Director at Reanda Biz Serve. He is responsible for swifly driving initiatives, programs and new solutions thus enhancing trust and accelerating growth. He leads the team responsible for defining and delivering the industry-specific insights and solutions clients need to solve their most complex business challenges.

He has been critical in ensuring that Advisory’s operational functions support and align with the business’s strategic goals and has been deeply involved in the career and skills development of Advisory professionals. He is known to lead by example, inspire people to high performance and generously give credit and recognition to those who have helped get the job done right.

His expertise spans the areas of operational strategy, technology development, mergers and acquisitions, and operations management. As an Accounting professional, he has in-depth knowledge in Financial Planning and Budgeting, Business Valuations, Due Diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Management, Revenue Assurance.

He has more than 18 years’ experience including ten years’ managerial experience in the largest private sector Telecom Company in Nepal owned and managed by foreign investor – exceeding margins while doubling revenue and profitability. He has rich experience in IFRS, Local Tax Laws and International Taxation.

He has devoted his expertise in preparation of “Technical Guide on Telecommunication Industry” published by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN), the regulatory body. He is co-author of the book “Customs and Excise: Theory and Practice” and “Value Added Tax: Theory and Practice”. He has published various articles on taxation, telecommunication, economics, and business in leading newspapers and Journals. He has provided trainings on Taxation, Risk Management, and IFRS/NFRS in various forum. In his previous roles, he served in various positions in business forum and professional bodies, some of them are :
